WHAT ARE THE THINGS LIKELY TO DAMAGE YOUR JEWELRY?
The fading shine of nickel-free findings is the result of natural wear; jewelry lives and ages with our lives.
They must be handled with care to retain their shine.
Even though they are very durable, they are not made of solid materials like the jewelry of our mothers or grandmothers; they are fragile:
- Contact with water, seawater, cosmetic products (makeup, creams, perfumes) alcohol-based products.
- Direct contact with other jewelry or metals, as friction can create scratches.
- The acidity of the skin can alter the gold plating of the jewelry because of your jewelry.
To ensure your jewelry lasts a lifetime, here are a few tips to follow:
- Remove your jewelry before showering, before sleeping, or before exercising.
Put on your jewelry after you've dressed and remove it before you undress. Put on your jewelry after you've finished your beauty routine (makeup, perfume, turbans).
- Do not store your jewelry in the bathroom as humidity can tarnish the plating.
-After use, be sure to store your jewelry in the microfiber pouch or a jewelry box to protect it from moisture and light.
CARE OF RESIN JEWELRY
- To preserve the shine of the resin, avoid exposing your jewelry to extreme temperatures, beauty products, creams, acetone or jewelry cleaning products.
- Protect the resin from any impact with hard surfaces.
- The resin can be cleaned with mild soap, water and a soft cloth.
PARACORD MAINTENANCE
WHAT CARE DO I NEED TO DO FOR MY PARACORD JEWELRY OR ACCESSORY?
The cord is very durable; it is resistant to sun, water, and mold.
You can clean it with water, mild soap and a soft brush.
It dries quite quickly.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
You have 14 days after purchase to return the product.
You simply need to return your package in its original packaging.
Exchanges will not be accepted after 14 days. Damaged, stained, worn, or washed items will not be eligible for exchange or credit.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
We will cover the shipping costs for the new product.
We will process the exchange or send your credit note within 14 working days of receiving the returned package.
You will receive a confirmation email notifying you of the dispatch of the new piece of jewelry you have chosen or the creation of your credit note (valid for 12 months).
